Pay Monthly Fees

Effective January 1, 2025 the monthly fee will increase to $400 and is due the first of each month. 

 

A special assessment of $2,400 was charged on May 1, 2024.  Owners have the option of paying in one lump sum or in $200 monthly installments from May 2024 through April 2025.  Effective May 1, 2025, there will be a monthly special assessment of $225.
